↪Order Processing Period
Our standard shipping time is usually within 24 hours once payment is complete. However, there may be delays depending on the size and availability of your order. You will be notified of any significant changes to the shipping time of your order.
↪Purchasing several items
Since we have warehouses in various locations, not all products are always available in every warehouse, different products in the same order may be assigned different tracking numbers. If you bought two products and only one arrived, don't worry, the other item is on the way.
↪Shipping times
Shipping time varies depending on where the customer places the order. Upon placing an order, you will be sent a notification with an estimated shipping time. This information can also be found on the checkout page, or by contacting us through the chat box. Usually, shipping times for products in stock in the USA are approximately 15 business days. For products outside the United States, shipping times are around 4-5 weeks for Standard Shipping and 3-4 weeks for Express Shipping.

Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to request a return after receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at support@gfork.net. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

↪Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and immediately get in touch with us if the item is defective, damaged, or if it differs from the item you purchased, so that we can address the issue.
↪Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers and other plants), custom items (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about any specific items.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
↪Exchanges
The most efficient way to ensure you receive the desired item is to return the product you have. After the return is approved, you can proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item.
↪Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your returned item and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and complete the refund process.
